We know that your horse is an important part of your life and we promise to treat each and every horse as if it were our own. For the best boarding experience possible it is vital for you to feel confident and comfortable with us and for us to have a complete understanding of your needs. Jack grew up in Cuba City before his family moved to Platteville WI. His family ran CB&C so he spent much of his time in the shop. Jack graduated from UW Platteville with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is currently works for RFA Engineering in Dubuque. Jack has always had a love for animals, his parents started running cattle during his college years and Jack has started his own herd.
He started Josey, his buckskin mare, back in 2015 and has a love for working with young horses and training.
Jack is a Jack of all trades, from horse back riding, ranching, to mechanic and welder/fabrication. He loves to bring technology to horses and uses his skills to continue to improve the facility.
Nigel and Mamma Kitty
Nat grew up in Stratford WI, a small town about 3 hrs. east of the Twin Cities. She has always had a love for animals and caring for livestock in particular. Nat graduated from UW-Platteville with a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, she then continued her education at UW-Madison earning her Masters in Biological Systems Engineering. During her undergraduate and graduate time Natalie has had the opportunity to gain invaluable experience working with horses, cattle, and other livestock. She enjoys managing the equine care at J&J and caring for the cattle at Red Rock Cattle Co.
Natalie is also certified Equine Myo-manipulative Massage Therapist with certifications in Equine K-Taping and is will be adding myo-fascial release.
